Ingredients

  • 4 eggs.
  • 8,8 Oz of sugar.
  • 125 ml of milk.
  • 4,4 Oz of sunflower oil.
  • 0,52 Oz of baking powder.
  • 8,8 Oz flour pastries.
  • 12 ripe apricots.
  • Ground cinnamon, glass sugar.

Elaboration

  • Cut the apricots in half, remove the seed, sprinkle with glass sugar and cinnamon and set aside.
