IT CONTAIN GLUTEN, LACTOSE AND EGGS.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs.
- 8,8 Oz of sugar.
- 125 ml of milk.
- 4,4 Oz of sunflower oil.
- 0,52 Oz of baking powder.
- 8,8 Oz flour pastries.
- 12 ripe apricots.
- Ground cinnamon, glass sugar.
Elaboration
- Cut the apricots in half, remove the seed, sprinkle with glass sugar and cinnamon and set aside.
- Separate the egg whites and riding stiff with half the sugar and cold reserve.
- Beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar until bleaching.
- Add the sifted flour with yeast.
- Match and mix the dough envelope with clear way.
- Place dough in a greased tray and arrange over the apricots.
- Bake at 170 degrees for 30 minutes or so.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
Remarks
You can put a little apricot jam and fresh fruit on top.
